This includes a Machine Shop, Mechanic and Hydraulic Bay, Steel and Pipe Fabrication Bay, Boat Shop, Carpentry Shop & Mill, Winch House, Parts Department and Company offices. In addition, the property contains a 330-ton Marine Railway extending from the Boat Shop.
